  2. There is an independent fully equipped technical area backstage, from which the adjacent Big Screen is also controlled

  3. International event rider Jonty Evans is available to manage introductions, questions, interviews, and draw each item to a close

  4. Stage furniture includes armchair seating, a small table and overhead lighting

  5. The audience is seated informally on three sides of the stage, on bench style seating

  6. Wired, hand held and head set microphones are available

  7. The Daily Programme is advertised on a board beside the stage and on the Big Screen, and updated on Facebook in real time
